Frequently Asked Questions / Quality Control & Returns
I want to request a return, refund, or exchange.
1.For in-store pickups, please check the quantity and condition of your products at the time of pickup. Once the items have left our premises, the order is considered accepted, and we will no longer be responsible for any issues.
2.For shipped orders, if you notice any issues upon receiving the products, please contact us within 5 days. We will not be able to process return or exchange requests after this period.
3.If a defect is confirmed to be caused by our internal error, we will reprint the order based on the original file and original specifications. *Please note: We do not accept updated or modified files for reprints.
4.Returns or exchanges are not available unless there are clear and significant defects, such as printing errors or quality issues that make the product unusable.
5.Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging, including the full quantity of printed items, original packaging, and the accompanying invoice. *To protect both parties, we strongly recommend recording a video during unboxing as proof.
6.The above situations do not constitute valid reasons for refund, return, or withholding payment.
